Farnum Hill Cider fulfills the true meaning of the word “cider” -- an alcoholic beverage made from apples, exactly as a wine is fermented from grapes.

Hi Ray, and thanks for the note! The best thing to do is be in touch when you're planning to visit; we do not have regular visiting hours on a daily basis but try our best to accomodate cider fans when we can. Generally on Thursdays, we sell growlers from the cider room, so you'll often find us around then. There's always something interesting going on here, and we can taste you through the ciders when someone is around. 603 448 1511 is the office #, so feel free to call as you plan the trip. Best, Corrie

I first heard about your cider and apple orchards on a documentary called Botany of Desire....I think. Anyway, I have been homebrewing for about 6 years now and want to branch out. I would love to make some hard cider and would like to get some tips. Also I wouldn't mind adding some fresh cherries to a home brew that would be tasty. My wife and I plan on taking a little road trip to your farm; when is the best time to come for a possible Q&A?
P.S. you also are in an article in Yankee Brew News. I enjoyed that as well.
