Farnum Hill Cider fulfills the true meaning of the word “cider” -- an alcoholic beverage made from apples, exactly as a wine is fermented from grapes.

Hi Maurice. I apologize for your disappointment in the Kingston Black. Had you tasted it before you bought? It is a still cider, and is considerably different from our others. I am not sure if the liquor stores will take back the product, but perhaps you can return for a refund? Or I can send out another bottle to you if you'd like to give it another try. Do let me know what you'd like. Best, Corrie

I bought two bottles of cider from Nashua store a month ago. The carbonated $10.00 was good. The $20.00 (black) was terrible. No one liked it and we threw out the rest of the bottle. It had a bad after taste. Was there something wrong with the bottle?

Hello there. I'd like to send along your inquiry to our cider making folks who will be much better equipped to answer your questions. But in the meantime, I'll also forward our fermentation facts summary (which is somewhat out of date) to you by email. Thanks for the comments, and we're hoping to have more and more folks discover the pleasures of cider. Best, Corrie

I am wondering how your cider making process compares to the typical Normandy operation. Do you ever naturally ferment? Pasteurize? How do you control bacteria and wild yeast? I once had occasion to taste your cider and found it quite impressive, and distinctive. Thanks!
