Dooryard #1111

Kegs in New York and New Hampshire

This dooyard is a bit of an outlier for us — closer to certain European ciders than our usual. This Dooryard has a distinct earthy, leathery, bittersweet character, with dried and stewed fruits in the background, and a hint of canteloupe, orange peel, and broiled grapefruit.  Entirely dry and slightly fizzy, it is an intact  2011 fermentation batch, of Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, and Esopus Spitzenberg.
