Happy Thanksgiving to all! We are grateful to have brought in a big crop this fall, when at least three scary freeze warnings pushed the crew to work seven-day weeks. We also thank people all over the country, whose growing enjoyment of Farnum Hill Ciders and orchard ciders generally bodes well for the future.
Our indispensable, super-skilled Jamaican harvest workers went home this past Tuesday November 17th.
The little self-service farm stand in the packing room closes at the end of Saturday, November 21.
After Thanksgiving, all the year-round people will be back here pressing, fermenting, running the office, and getting ready for winter. We are visitable, but we’re not open except for Growler Days, so anyone who would like to come up and see the works, please call some days ahead!
