Dooryard 1323

Dooryard 1323.  Kegs and bottles. Fizzy, off-dry but nowhere near sweet.
Sensory effect: lots of sweet, ripe fruit (peach, grapefruit, and pomegranate), balanced with leathery BSA (bittersweet apple), and tea. Tannic structure from Dabinett, Chisel Jersey, and Ellis Bitter. Bright acidity and fruit from Esopus Spitzenberg, Wickson, and Ribston Pippin. Based on a blend of two 2012 fermentations, and one from 2011.
