Why did we wait so long to put Farnum Hill in cans?  Starting in 1999, with the only dry bittersweet orchard-made ciders in the USA, we thought only wine-type bottles could send our message.  No way cans could hold Farnum Hill’s exceptional quality or fetch our prices. Now canning tech and public image have changed. Cans of good wine bring good-wine prices. Cider-shoppers who know quality don’t flinch at cans. So we’ve lost that old fear! Most of it. Happy single-serving!  LDS
